The workplace predictor measures discussed will span from those that are commonly utilized during the initial phase of the selection protocol to the more substantive and advanced phases of this process.

Rahul Chauhan Bio

Rahul Chauhan is an Associate Professor of Management within the Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business at West Texas A&M University. His area of expertise lies within the facets of human resource management, including areas such as recruitment, selection, training, development, performance evaluation, motivation, performance metrics, leadership, and employee psychology. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a specialization in both Management and Quantitative Statistics.
