"Creating a Culture of Employee Engagement

Presented by Jimmy Taylor

The pandemic changed our focus for a time. Recruiting and employee engagement took a backseat to remote work, legislative changes, and simply surviving. But organizations are again talking about how hard it is to find and retain staff. Companies who do not adapt to the realities of a changing workplace face an even bigger challenge. And poor employee engagement still costs U.S. organizations $500B a year (according to Gallup).

In the midst of changing and challenging times, leaders have a great opportunity and responsibility to help create a culture of high performance and engagement! In our time together we will consider:

  • The impact of the crisis in changing the talent landscape
  • Why engagement is such a crucial issue for organizations today (and tomorrow!)
  • The role managers play in creating the culture
  • Best practices of organizations and leaders who create great engagement
